Better then I expected! Oh I was starving!! I was hungry when I started the WOD, I wasn't sure if I would have the energy, but once I got moving it was good. After the workout we ran 800m for fun. And I was almost manic, I had all this nerviece energy. Ask Brady, I wouldn't shut up!!

Oh and my food tasted awesome!!:rofl:

Brady came up with a little end of day cool down.

85lbs barbell
1 squat clean, 2 shoulder press
1SC 3 SP
1SC 5SP
1SC 10SP

we did 3 round of this. It called for 5 rounds, but we ran out of time.

Fun in the sun!!

Looks like the IF worked for you. I'm tempted to try it just to see how it feels.

Eh, I did the IF to support brady, I'm not convenced on it yet.

Run 10 K

1hour 2min. 40 sec.

My knees were screaming at the half and it never got better. I'm thinking alld the leg stuff affected my this week.

way to suck it in and do the 10k, bet you can't wait to do it again so you can get under the 1 hour:D
