Well we still don't know if my wife will be put in the hospital.

Scott you are right, they are putting it to us on todays wod!! I'm still sick, but I may try it, it depends on how I feel at lunch.

I still feel like crap, but I'm going to try it anyway. I will be running with a lasenge(sp)cough drop.

I know, it is stuped of me, but I need this. We will see if I make it through.

For time:
1 mile Run
100 Pull-ups
200 Push-ups
300 Squats
1 mile Run

Partition the pull-ups, push-ups, and squats as needed. Start and finish with a mile run. If you've got a twenty pound vest or body armor, wear it.

I did all pulls, push squats, consecutively broken into sets.

Time 1hour56sec. can you pr for your longest workout?

Eek, you did Murph the HARD way which is straight through! I find that the more #s of partitions that it's broken into, the easier and therefore the better the time. Just my observation. Very nice work Nik!!

Great work on seeing that Murph through Nik, that is definately a hard way to do it, equal to having the vest in my eyes
