Na it looks like a lot, but I get 2, 15 min breaks and I do the WOD at lunch. The breaks are really skill work more then anything else.

Lunch time fun 3 round for time
10 reps KB swing 40 lbs (heaviest DB I have)
5 reps deadlift 225lbs
10 GHD situps
10 deadhang pullups

time 8:01

The deadlift was the tough part. The pullups got a little hard twards the end, but all sets unbroken.

i should have done more or heavier on the KB swings. But it was fun!!

85lbs dead lift x 10(back a little sore, so I was strechibg it out)
tuck/ ''L'' backlever work.
10 floor wipers @ 85lbs. Never really done thease, i thought they would strech out my back too.


I think part of my problem is posture. When i stand I realized yesterday that I mute my hips. I tuck just slitely. If I straighten my hips it feels better. Working on posture now, got to break I don't know how many years of bad habbit. But if it helps...

30 sec front ring plank with 30lbs vest
30sec each side

3 attempts foot to hand roll out with 30lbs vest. I can get to the pushup position, but anything further I fall.

I was in a bad mood so I went and benched for the hell of it in hopes of burning off the mood.

225lbs x2 3rd was with a spot.

No WOD today, good friday and all. I will workout tomarrow, not Sunday, Easter, back at it Tuesday. I think I could use a couple of days off.

SO take that Scott I can go a day without weights.

All though I was at the park for 2 hours on my ''trikke 6''

SO, I had some company come in from out of town, I was up till midnight, 3:00am my 2yo woke up, 4:00am he woke up again, 5:00 time to feed the chicken's and goats, why so early? because the goats will cry till they are fed and wake everyone up. So I am running on 3 hours sleep and get to sub 45lbs sumo high pull, 900 of them. :rofl:

Subbed 45lbs SDHP time 44:23 (yes that is 900SDHP)

First 70 in a row, then 20, then 10, the 20's. till the second round, it was broken into as long as my grip would hold. The burpees were a welocme break!

I never want to do SDHP again, I may have hurt myself:rofl:, I am glad I am taking off tomarrow.

I think you have made a calculation error on this workout Nik. 500m row = 50 SDHP's which means 50 per round and 150 for the whole workout. You know this as you said 1 SDHP equals 10m of rowing.

If you taking the rest of easter off its good though, you needed an extra big workout to get you ready to eat all those eggs. 30 muscle ups for time today for me and I am going after the sub 6 mins!!!

I just noticed that you had wrote the workout wrong also:

Row 500m
21 Burpees
[COLOR="Red"][B]Run 400m[/B][/COLOR], not more rowing or SDHP!!!!

Even with the 400m row at the end it is only 90 SDHP per round not 900!!, hopefully that was a typo

I am hurting, an I am stuped, and I guess I can't read!! I am so sore from the SDHP's.

I thought I was going to do the sub for the 30 muscleup wod from yesterday, but I'm not even going to do a warmup.

Ok, we went back and tried to get to 155 HPC, I got 135 ok, 155 I couldn't get up once, I thought that if I could get it one time I would go with it, didn't happen. I will go with 135lbs for thwe HPC's and jerks, 155lbs on the deads.

Five rounds for time of:
155 pound Deadlift, 12 reps
155 pound Hang power clean, 9 reps
155 pound Push jerk, 6 reps

subbed 115lbs
time 11:52

I started with 135, but the deads and one HPC out of 3 attempts, went to 115lbs. Five rounds was tough, I got throught 3 round good, four and five were a killer

I must say that was disgusting Nik, i have tried that once and almost threw up like 3 times. That one time i did it, one of the egg yolks burst like half way down my throat and felt so disgusting lol. I won't ever be trying that again!!! Was that your midmorning snack?

I never had trouble with eggs, I really did it to gross Brady and Shane out. Yea, it was my mid morning snack.

I had to load a curl bar with 25lbs plates and tie them on with rope to keep from throwing them. Brady said my back was curling at the bottom of the swing, I was fighting this, I thought I was straight, but I was still pulling over.

Great Helen PR Nik, especially using the curl bar set up, that must of been awkward.

Upper body feels smashed from the last two days, cannot imagine what we have in store for tomorrow. Maybe some heavy front squats ;)

Thanks Scott. I feel that 10k looming some time soon. Heavy front squats would be cool though.
