Christin and Chris,

Thank you so much for recovery wishes. I am finally feeling much better. This one seemed to really hang on, and though I didn't get a sick as most people, I felt pretty miserable.

Functional Workout:

"Real Shoveling" and Snow Blower Wrangling: 1 1/2 hours.
[/B]Wrangled and "threw" around 250# snow blower and shoveled a foot of snow. Approximately 1200 Sq. Feet (total moved = 1200 cubic feet of snow).
Not included: Time to repair broken shear pin on snow blower.......

[B]Nutrition:

[/B]Still feeling effects of sickness - - not really hungry.
Morning coffee w/creamer 16 oz, plus raw sugar.

[B]Linner (Lunch/Dinner)
[/B]8 oz serving of homemade split pea w/ham soup
Medium green salad with 4 oz tri tip
1/2 C mushrooms
1 Tbsp blue cheese crumbles
2 Tbsp cabernet vinaigrette dressing

[B]Snack:
[/B]1 medium apple
2 Tbsp organic natural peanut butter

[B]Water:
[/B]60 oz + approx.

Wow. That's some serious shoveling. In Texas, the only thing we shovel that much of is... well, something else. ;)

Yeah, it doesn't seem like much until one figures out how many cubic feet of the stuff they've moved.

approx. 8 mushrooms
2 Tbsp garlic ranch dressing as dip. (I like garlic - - can't you tell?????)

1/2 C steamed green beans

[/B]1 medium apple

approx. 60 oz.....not enough!
