Did you do the new standard on the push ups? Angie was a little much for me today. Going to have to ease back into things.

Good work on Angie nik! Especially c2b nd the new pushup style. Those tow things make it so much tougher. I dont like that new pushups standard lol it made my shoulders tire out too fast. I'm gonna try and hit Angie today but regular style. Going for maximum speed.

It is always a posiblity that that will happen with him, so weekend workouts are always a trick to get done. Yea the new style pushups are good, I like them. But I tell you my fore arms get really sore and felt fat doing the 100 reps that way. I'm sure the pullups helped that happen though. |

Yea, same here, funny, my fore arms got sore on the pushups, all fat feeling, I don't know if it was the combination of pullups and pushups. I needed the pushups, really I have been neglection ring dip for a wile now because of my shoulders. but I told myself I was puttin them back in this week. I think yesterday did a good job of killing my tri's. You deadlifting today, what are your weights? |

Ive just typed in 350lb as my 1rm as its the most I have done in the last year, not been doing much heavy deadlifting. It means my max rep set will be 270lb. Talking in lbs because the spreadsheet is lbs I know you can do kg also. |

You have me by 10lbs on the deadlift. I did 260 for 7 reps. Just be sure of your form on each rep.
10:00 break 10 min rolling my back, it is tight and a little sore for some reason. It is in the middle just under my ribbs. I don't know where it came from. I'm drinking as much as I can to make sure it isn't hydration. I'll roll again at lunch. |

Lunch and 3:00 break. 20 min total rollong my back. 60 seconds total ''traction''. Weighted hang on pullup bat with chain and 25lbs plate. That seemed to help alot.
I really have no Idead what happende, It just got tight today across the middle of my back. I hope it is ok tomorrow. |
