Clean 3-3-3-3-3-3-3 reps

1.165lbs
2.175lbs
3.185lbs
4,185lbs
5.185lbs
6.185lbs
7.195lbs

That was a blast. I got dizzy a few sets though, till I rememberd to hiss my breath out on the way up.

Great work, Nik.. I wondered when I saw this.. do you do full squat cleans or power? Duh.. well, you must have done full squat cleans cuz you had to breath out "on the way up".! Funny, I usually hold my breath until I am out of the squat too..

HAHA well you figured it out. Yea it is tough to breath in the squat, but it helps keep the dizzy away and it gives me a bit more strenth. Try it.

Awesome job nik, you tied me!!! I got dizzy a couple of times too. I had to put the bar down, take a step back, and then reset lol.

Good work bud!:highfive:

Not even close, you moved alot more weight then I did, but it was great, I love cleans.

Yea I get dizzy when I don't breath, imagine that!

So I tried with a wider grip like you suggested but I felt a slight pull in my arms so I didn't stick with it. I'll have to do more rolling with the balls. :o

Nice cleans Nik! Some solid weight going up! All SC's too, definitely makes it more taxing.
Are these touch and go? or reset/regrip
