Du's were better, still broken, I actually died for a bit in round 3 with 3or4 singles till i could get it going. Other then that arrounf sets of 10 some 20's Better, not great, but better. Yea, I bet if you move your hands out a bit more you will get them to go arround faster and get them up higher. Mike Burgener is always making a point to make people move there hands out an inch or two to do just that. With the hands out further it gives your shoulders more rotatin and room to get your elbows up. Worth a try unless you know all this which you may. |

on the clean you don't need it colse. Try it with the bar to get the feel of it, it will feel different, but you will have more room to work and you will be faster. Let me know what happens. |

Good to see your double under practice is paying off. Have a look at todays Euro Blair Morrison video and there's a good shot of Richard hitting double unders - notice he's shoulders do not move. I am still like you having to really try not to move mine. |

I will check the video in a bit, Martin and I are about to go to the shop for the workout. |
