You two are tooo funny!! You both are GREAT!! I can't wait to see how you do with this one though! I hate running and rowing... I'd rather lift than fo those any day!! :)
good luck to both of you!!
Thanks, it was fun, heart was pounding, but fun.
You dont need to do the sprints now Nik, just chase the rooster for time. Great to see your still making me laugh, I look forward to getting back on the program with you all.
Good to hear, that little ''Hi, I'm Scott'' thing I started kind of took on a life of it's own. So you in for whatever tomorrow? |
Re: Nik
Ten rounds, each for time of:
100 meter Sprint Rest 90 seconds 17.12 16.78 15.75 15.95 15.75 16.72 15.84 16.16 15.85 16.16 That was fun. My right glut and ham are real sore, not pull, just really worked. Both sides are sore, left more so. Warm up those hams people!! Oh yea Laurie, you have to beat 15.75. |
Re: Nik
Just put me down for 15.74 and we'll call it a day. :p

Eh Maybe.. It has to ba a spectacular 17 seconds though! If you could do a cartwheel half way down, that would be cool! |
Re: Nik
I tried my hardest...I huffed and I puffed but I couldn't beat your time.

Re: Nik
Great sprints Nik, I will try them today although my distance will only be rough as its hard to measure a short distance accurately with only pacing.

Thanks, The distance really doesn't matter so much as the consistance, and intensity. It is not for compition, but training, so go hard, but STRETCH the hams, on the comments page ALOT of people have pulled them. My legs are fried!!! Hams and glutes are killing me, it is tough to walk. OHS will be fun. |
Re: Nik
Overhead Squat 1-1-1-1-1-1-1 reps
1. 135lbs 2. 135lbs 3. 145lbs 4. 145lbs 5. 155lbs 6. 165lbs 7. 175lbs Missed once, got it second try. I missed the last rep from the push press, I never got it over head. So I was solid for the second try. |
