yea, I need to do the same to get these runs in with some sort of strenth, the heat is just a killer for me. I just don't do well in it.

Front Squat 10-10-10-10-10 reps

I really worked on getting my but down with really good form.

1. 65lbs
2. 95lbs
3. 135lbs
4. 155lbs
5. 165lbs

It felt good, with my refocus on form and work, I felt like i could have done more, but I'm happy, got body weight on the last set.

For time:
30 Handstand push-ups
40 Pull-ups
50 Kettlebell swings, 1.5 poods
60 Sit-ups
70 Burpees

ok, the hand stand pushups were done with my heels hooked on forklift forks, I can't do strict on the wall HSPU's so this was a variation.

Kettelbell swings with a 40lbs dumnbell (it is the heaviest we have)

Total time 18:17

I liked this one till the burpies, they were tough.

HAHAHA!!Ok I promice i will post our ''gym'' but you guys will laugh at the stuff I have rigged up, like what I do back extensions and GHD, dips ect.

I'm saving this one for tomorrow... excellent time! I'm praying that I can get anywhere close to yours! The 70 burpees really scares me...

NA the burpees are just repitious, you were in the challenge, youy can get them. Have fun climbing.

I was only in the challenge until about day 26! I will probably lose sleep over them tonight :) Regardless - great job today!
