Glad the wall balls turned out to be a good sub Nik. Can't believe you missed the 11 min time cap. I was glad it was there, those burpee box jumps were miserable!

Man, Scott nailed it, I am the worse about glancing at a work out and not getting it right. I even wrote it down so I would have it with me to double check and STILL missed it!:rofl:

felt good today.

went for a 100m walk after squats.

that was something. SO much a mental battle to do one more rep.

Goods, I dropped into the thrusters from over head, no racking and then front squat to thruster. I think I did that once maybe twice.

21 was ok on thrusters, 15 was rough. I remember wanting to put the bar down arrounf 4or 5 reps and at 8reps i told myself I was going to put it down but I did'nt. 9reps was hard but ok, I rember telling myself to do 3 reps, then 3 reps then I wasn't putting the bar down.

Pullups smooth and solid.

''bads'' I rested on the thrusters over head, So I was standing there with the bar over head fro a breath. Also picking up the bar was not fast. stood there bent down and gripped then pulled. I did thak my time there a bit.

That being said, I am not complaning about a PR, just posting the good and bads.

Thanks Brady for timing it and keeping me going.

Oh and I warmed up with some light dead lifts at 205ihs lbs?
