Did any Teams or Individuals qualify to the Games from Latin America, Asia, or Africa?

Yas was from Africa, but they got DQ'd, so no.
"The intent of the Team competition is to determine the fittest gym. Therefore, the Athletes who represent each Team must train primarily
at that gym for the duration of the competitive season. CrossFit requires that the majority of a Team member’s training days and workouts take place at the Team gym starting January 1. In accordance with this rule, creating an “ALL-STAR” Team, or any Team, consisting of Athletes primarily training at different gyms is not acceptable."

Seems pretty straightforward and valid: they want the team to consist of people who train AT THAT BOX. Once you go slack on these requirements, you toe the line into people who will simply assemble athletes from anywhere.
I think the intention is that the entire team trains together at the same time at the same location for 90% of the training sessions. A team could theoretically be disqualified if its members train in the same box but at different times of the day or different sessions.

BTW, the Team Series is the opportunity for superteams to form and compete. Perhaps there may be a section in the Games for these, but it is not likely to happen for a while.

I thought the % of workouts was 50/60%. But that was last year.

Completely disagree. I don't think that is implied whatsoever and I think if this was the case, the vast majority of teams would all be disqualified.

Re: 2015 CrossFit Open, Regionals, and Games Thread
Compliance with Section 4.b. will be determined by each Athlete’s and each Team’s adherence to the “More Than Half Rule.” The “More
Than Half Rule” states that Team Athletes must train at the designated Team location more than half of their training days per week, AND
must train at the Team facility more sessions than any other location. Therefore, the “More Than Half Rule” requires:
i. At least four (4) training days must be completed at the Team gym if the Athlete trains six (6) or seven (7) days a week.
ii. At least three (3) training days must be completed at the Team gym if the Athlete trains four (4) or five (5) days a week.
Not 90%

Nick Fory had a knee injury during the last event of Regionals. Nothing catastrophic to be seen on the video. He looks a little uncomfortable by the end of the event, but that could have just been fatigue if you didn't know he'd been injured.

He's not doing any squatting until the fall, substituting accessory leg exercises instead.

I wonder if he could have clinched that 5th spot, had he not been uninjured. Improving his time by 9 seconds (admittedly a lot for that event) would have given him enough points to edge out Graham for overall 5th.

Here is the first announcement about the Games:

"The 2015 Reebok CrossFit Games start here ..." —Dave Castro, CrossFit Games Director

Any and all can come to Hermosa Beach for the Wednesday, July 22 event—no ticket is required. Teams and individuals will have an event on the beach Wednesday morning. Only individuals will have an event in the Tennis Stadium Wednesday night. Spectators who hold a general admission ticket can come watch at the StubHub Center that evening.
