Anyone have any suggestions for good dress shoes for someone who's on his feet all day?

I'm a teacher and I have to wear dress shoes all day. For the second half of the school year, I had excruciating acute hip pain. Now that summer's here and I've been wearing either my Inov-8s or other natural fit shoes on a daily basis, the hip pain is pretty much totally gone. Deductive reasoning tells me it's the shoes. I've tried Rockports (which are initially comfortable but don't hold up well) and I just ordered a pair of Cole Haan's with the Nike Air soles and we'll see how that goes. Figured if anyone would have insight on dress shoes that supportive and comfortable, the Crossfit community would.

Help!

Could you get away with wearing something like this (wfs) http://www.merrell.com/US/en-US/Product.mvc.aspx/21704M/47098/Mens/World-Legend?dimensions=0

I have had good results from merrell boots and shoes.

Probably not. Not dressy enough. Thanks though!
