I need some input on some exercises I can be doing while I recover from some current injuries. I have inflammation in my AC joint and the ortho wants me to take a few weeks off. I also recently tore my ACL for the second time and I am currently waiting on knee surgery. I want to do something, but I am unsure what I can actually do. I know I could work my core a little, but I am unsure about anything else. Any input would be greatly appreciated.

first ask your doctor, then go to my website www.orthopedicsne.com under Patient Resources, PT protocols there are shoulder strengthening exercises and pre ACL rehab exercises, good luc, Sean

Any non-aggravating strength work is fine... including stuff from your previous rehab.

If they gave you any exercises before surgery you can use them again for this one.
