View Full Version : Calf Muscle Pull/Strain

I pulled a calf muscle while on a treadmill during a WOD. I never pulled a calf muscle before. Any specific advice on recovery? Also, should I stay away from lower body exercises such as squats, deadlifts, etc? After the pull, I finished the deadlift portion of the WOD, but not sure if I should take a chance again while the injury heals. Thanks!
