Wondering if anyone else has had this experience and what may be causing it.

Whenever I do a thruster, it get pain in my shoulder and back side of my arm (tricep area) during the press portion. Nothing else seems to aggravate this area and if I do the moves separately i.e. front squat, then press, there is no pain. Something about starting the press while coming up in the thruster causes it. Doesn't have to be a lot of weight as little as 75# will do it.

I tried stretching out really good and warming up with some pushpress, but still have the issue. I am thinking it may be down to a poor front rack position (flexibility is lacking).

Not looking for a diagnosis, just wondering if anyone else has experienced this or if anyone has suggestions for some mobility stuff that may help
