Not really injury per se, but both shoulders tight and sore after first Olympic Lifting meet. Didn't hurt day of. That night things seemed to cramp up. Took a few days off. Warmed up and tried snatching last night. Still feels odd. Thinking maybe posterior is too weak? Could that account for this? Maybe start adding Pendlay Rows into my programming? And lots of stretching?

Any thoughts would be appreciated?

Where's the tightness?

What mobility work have you been doing?

Stretching?

In overhead squat position, feels tight near where rear delt connects to shoulder. Shoulder dislocates with pvc and foam rolling shoulders and lats. Rear arm flexibility is pitiful. i.e. I've never touched hands behind back one from top one from bottom.

That's a good start of things to work on with your tennis/lacrosse ball and stretching, eh?

Thanks Steven, can imagine how difficult it is to try to figure out some of these problems with limit textual descriptions. I did get a 10kg PR on clean and jerk at the meet. :)
