I have been having a problem with possibly my shoulder that feels like a pinched nerve whenever I pick something up or work out. It runs down my shoulder through my biceps and fore arms and down to my fingers. It is on and off all day but def is not coming from my neck cause it feels like it is from my shoulder down. If I do bicept curls although here on crossfit we dont I can feel it pretty good. Any one know what it could be?

I have bicep tendonitis and your post reminds me alot of what I've experienced!

Musculocutaneous nerve runs through the biceps brachii and brachialis area.
Try to loosen it up with some nerve glides (google "nerve glides" > first link > middle of the page.. though I'm not sure if they have any for musculocutaneous on that page...) and stretching.
Do some massage (cross friction, myofascial, and maybe some deep pressure like trigger points) on the biceps and your shoulder and see if that helps too.
