Ok so if I lay on my back and bring my knees up like im sitting in a chair on my back I can rotate by leg a the hip inward as if my foot is over my midline, but i cannot rotate my leg at the hip in the other direction at all. When I squat my knees and feet go outward.

It also hurts when I lay on my back, keep my knees together and try to brig them to my chest. They want to track out.

If anyone can recoment a good stretch to start on, i would really appreciate it.

Stretching techniques are a bit hard to descibe in text. There are quite a few videos covering a wide range of stretches in the cf journal, well worth the minimal investment.

Can also do them standing up with your leg on a table if the table is the right height
