I have a fractured wrist that I don't want to keep me out of the game. I am looking for strength training excersies i.e. Back Squats and crossfit type wods I can do. I don't want to be suckered into using the leg press machine.
I have already done Micheal a few times. But I need that constant variety.

There's lots of of unilateral stuff you can do with one arm -- KB/DB cleans, snatches, OHS,etc
Keeping strength up in opposing arm will help keep strength adn stave off atrophy in the other arm.
Work on problem areas like flexibility/mobility stuff.
Lots of lower body stuff you can work on... pistols, lunges, squats, etc.
Also, take your vitamin D and calcium and magnesium wfs
