If this thread already exists, sorry.

Some of us need to be creative to keep going. Knees, wrists, elbows, backs...

Why don't we share how we create WODs that work around our injuries?

For example: We are having a CINDY challenge. The finals are on Saturday. I can't do squats. OK? Situps.

Cindy for a bad knee: Replace Squats with Situps.

Anyone else?

I've done Barbara with back extensions instead of squats.

Today the WOD was 5 rounds of walking on your hands (against a wall and with help for me) and 20 backsquats. I did box step ups with one leg holding a 35 lb bar. Definitely NOT the intensity of the backsquats.. but hey.. what can you do? The walking on your hands thing?
