After Sunday's WOD which included:

21-18-15-12-9-6 and 3 rep rounds of:
Power clean 95 pounds

My hamstrings are really sore - in a good way - it's not an 'injury'. But since it was my first time attempting/completing over 60 reps of the power clean, my question is, is hamstring soreness an indication of good or bad form?

I think it is good, because you want to use your legs & hips in "jumping & landing" as opposed to overusing your arms & upper body to clean the weight. Thoughts?

That's good.

ANy posterior chain workouts you want to "feel" it in your glutes and hammies (not necessarily soreness or 'the burn' or anything although possible if you've not done the exercises much before). If you feel it in your quads and arms then that's not good.
