Last week I had some twinges in my lower back and right hip when doing deadlifts so I cut back on the weight. Friday night I leaned over to pick up a 50lb bag of dog food and about landed on my knees from pain. Took me an hour to get out of bed sat. am. Right now I have severe pain from the front of my right hipbone around to the left side of my lower back. Muscle injury? Whats the best way to rehab?

Kevin: I worked with a guy who had a similiar problem a while back (no pun intended). The solution: reverse hip and back extensions, stretching, and more DLs (but with less weight using very strict form). He felt better in very little time. Jason H. @ CFHQ was a huge help to me in working on this issue...
