Not really sure what I did to my wrist but it's been around for a few weeks now. It's gotten worse as of late and it seems to be interfering with working out and day to day life. It hurts the worst when it is folded back (such as in the cleaned position of the clean and jerk) and any amount of pressure is placed on it. It also hurts a bit if my hand is folded forward and pressure is placed on it. The pain radiates up from the wrist joint, in a straight line fashion, and is located at the base a bit off centered to the left (if you were to trace down from between the pointer and middle finger). I want to start my BJJ training come Monday and I'm not really sure what to do about this. It hurts just to use the hand to support myself getting up from sitting down. Right now I don't have insurance and probably wont for about another 2 months so I'm a bit lost. Thanks a lot in advance.
