I just ordered and received the liquid versions of the above rather than gelcaps. I've been taking 10-12 capsules per day of pharmanex MarineOmega. I now have Nordic Naturals CLO and Omega-3 oil. Any recommendations on doses from someone else who has made the switch?
If it helps, I eat Zone/Paleo. thanks, Damon |

I just take a tablespoon a day of CLO which I believe is around 4-5g of Omega 3s.

Same question - I have Nordic Naturals liquid CLO and liquid Fish Oil.
How much per day and how should it be distributed? (with meals, some in the morning and some in the evening, or all at once???) I know there is a lengthy thread that discusses these oils in depth, but I got confused!! |

Tbsp./day of good liquid CLO. Then there's no need to bother with fish oil.

Thank you and if anyone is taking higher dosages and wants to chime in with your results please do.
