Jonathon-

No offense taken -I've always been a skinny bastard! Actually, that clip that Robb posted was shot last July, when I'd only been on a IF plan for 2-3 months. (I was doing standard Paleo/Zone prior) I have put on ~7 lbs of lean mass since then while doing IF. Still not sure where I will find my ideal strength/ bodyweight ratio.

I also agree with you about the difficulty of implementation for most people. I steer people toward a Paleo/Zone type approach, and only if they get that dialed in and are looking for further refinements do I even mention IF. You do really have to be careful to eat enough, or you'll loose weight.

Scott,

Gotcha! Congratulations on the 7 lbs of lean mass - damn impressive.

I agree totally. Unless someone really has a grip on proper nutrition, and has gained a sense of body awareness, IF may result in more harm than good.

Thanks for the link. Also thanks to everyone that answered my first question, Scott, Dan and Greg. Right now I'm going to the gym after my first meal and that seems to work the best.
