Home made shake recipe dude -

1/2 pint - pint of milk
2 eggs
olive oil (approx 2 tblspoons)
large banana

mixer it together until banana chunks gone and there you have my favourite shake :-)

I do the same thing from time to time, but I use almonds, and just throw everything into the Magic Bullet food ninja. Pretty much liquefies everything including the almonds, and the shake is very filling.

Try incorporating a small intermittent fast into this time period. It seems like the perfect time to fast. I'm assuming you'd be on your feet the whole time. You'd be active and fasting; good gene expression.

What about a sandwich. Get some good whole grain bread, lots of turkey, lettuce, tomato and some avocado slices for good fat.

home made shakes are a good idea. There must be a fridge you can keep it in.

Perhaps you should get some of the Performance Menus. There are some good quick snacks in there. I believe one of them had a recipie for home make jerky.
