Not too many options left to sort out the remaining movements and not have a repeated wod from previous Opens.

Here are my guesses for the last 2 wods:

amrap 12
100 WB
50 burpees
30 MU

amrap 10
10 thrusters
10 t2b

I made up my own tribute to 14.3 wod last Friday....can't repeat name here as I would get in trouble

3 rds for time - 400m run, 4 ring muscle ups, 15 KB swings 1.5 pood.

Figured I would do some stuff we are pretty surely not to see as I am SICK of burpees, wall balls, TTB, etc...

Predictions? No clue...I think it will be something hard...if there are cleans or barbell work I expect it to be heavier than years past.

I'm thinking 7 min amrap single exercise. Maybe wall-ball. Probably not burpee.

I'm thinking basics this week...
12min AMRAP bar over Burpees and thrusters, maybe as an ascending ladder!

And 14.5 maybe...
15min AMRAP 15 wall balls, 10 T2B and 5 clean and jerk at increasing weight with last round of 6 weights increases just as many as possible

I think this year with so many new participants we may avoid muscle ups!

They've only used "increasing weights" one time in the previous two Opens (12.2 & 13.1) and not at all in 2011, so it's possible that we're done with increasing weights

Something basic for time, based on what happened in 14.3

Has to be WB and T2B..

How about 21, 15, 9 for time.

This was along my thinking as well. Possibly switching out WB for thrusters.

I have been hoping for a 7 minute Wall-Ball AMRAP, but I think we will see a longer duration workout this week with a lot of burpees.

Open workouts are all AMRAPs. You may see something more like an ascending amount: 9, 15, 21, 27, 33, etc. of Thrusters, T2B & burpees. I would be surprised if there was no barbell involved. I would also be surprised if we stick with the couplets, since we've yet to have a triplet.
