Australian Paleo food

Anyone know where these foods can be bought in Sydney, Australia?

Wild, red, no added salt canned salmon;
organic liver;

I may try to import some salmon, not too sure they'll let it in though!

Hey Antony I don't know about Sydney but at a lot of the markets here in Victoria there are usually some organic butchers that will have organ meats available even if they're not on display.

If you import some wild canned salmon I'd buy some. Farmed salmon is actually very dodgy from some areas in the world although Australian and NZ farmed Salmon is apparently the best.

Watch out if you try to import any kind of meat products into Australia: it's illegal and I think you may be fined if they catch it (just like Customs do at international airports).
The cost of postage may be so high it may not be worth it.
Coles and Woolies are of course not the best places to look for this sort of stuff, but here in Brisbane, I find good imported products in delicatessen or at the fish market.

Paramount do sell wild canned salmon here, added salt though.
I think it the canned stuff can be imported, if i get some in the new year, all let you all know...
