I notice that a lot of people are taking fish oil pills (or paste) and I've just bought Sears' book about fish oil. I haven't read it yet admittedly, but I'm wondering whether it's worth taking fish oil if I eat fish regularly throughout the week.
Basically, I eat salmon in the form of sashimi on weekdays for lunch and usually have fish for a meal once over the weekend. The fish here in Melbourne is caught and delivered fresh daily, it's great. Any help appreciated. PS I wonder how much fish I have to eat before I get a build-up of the crap we've been pouring into the ocean for the last hundred years, mercury etc. |
