As the name implies, it is another Cindy/Grace combo.

Grindy II
AMRAP 14
3 Clean and Jerks 135# barbell
5 Chest to Bar Pullups
10 deload/"Games" pushups
15 Jump squats

Got 7 plus 1 clean and jerk.
