Does anyone know what proportion of coconut milk/oil is medium-chain triglycerides(type used for cooking some curries - which appears to be the milk plus the coconut minus its fibre). I'm looking at using it as part of a homemade formula for racing Ironman.
Any info on all thats in it wouid be much appreciated. Cheers |

Thanks Rob. On the FAQ page there is a profile of the FFA content, but I dont have a very good knowledge of which of these fats are MCTs... I know caprylic acid is an MCT but that only appears to be a minor component? Are any others MCTs?
