Bottom Squat Position

Hi guys,

I have a guy who i train regularly with and ive noticed something about his squat especially when hes in the hole. What happens when he breaks parallel is that his left glute is visibly and noticeably lower than the right glute.Everything else he does is good except for this. Hes asked me what i think the problem is and i dont know.Opinions?
