Best App for tracking WODs?

I found two iPad apps and several iPhone apps. They range in price from .99 - 2.99

Thoughts, suggestions? Do you use your phone or iPad to track? Thanks

I use Microsoft Excel. There was a decent one post a while ago IIRC which tracks time, weight, rounds, reps, etc on all the major WODs.

I will try and dig it out.

I just got Xercise for Android yesterday, seemed like the best option out there.

We use old school composition notebooks. What ever you choose tracking all warm up and work sets for heavy lifting days is what is most valuable to training. While it is fun to track met-con times to see progress, it is much more important to track weight training to make progress.

I use myWOD. Has the majority of the named workouts in there, a place for max weights and a decent timer. You can also add custom WoD's and weightlifting easily. It's for the IPhone.

I really like the site Beyond The Whiteboard http://www.beyondthewhiteboard.com/members/3403 (WFS)

The mobile site works great for posting workouts though usually i just use a scrap piece of paper and transcribe it at home. Saves getting sweat and chalk all over my phone.
