Met/Con with kettlebells

I finished Dan John's 40 day program with great results. On now to Met/Con with kettlebells

i hate kb metcons.... only because theyre so good

i actuallly did this, this morning:
28-20-12
Kb swing @32kg
kb lunge thruster into overhead walking lunge @24kg ( kb lunge is one rep, and overhead walking lunge is the 2nd rep)
400m run

12:11 was my time

Great work Steve! Did you ever see the 300 workout on youtube?

this guy does
25 v-ups
25 snatches L, 25 snatches R
25 Pushups
50 swings
50 Burpees
25 Clean and Press L, 25 Clean and Press R
50 mountain climbers
He does it with a 24kg kettlebell. It's insane, in under 12 minutes!

I've done it with a 16 kg in probably 15 or 16 mintues? What kills you is the 50 burpees. And by the time you do the clean and press. your shoulders are completely fatigued. The guy is a complete mutant.
