Crossfit Strength Bias

Hi all,

I am doing Crossfit Strength Bias (CFSB). For anyone that's interested here is the program (you'll need a subscription to crossfit journal: http://journal.crossfit.com/2009/02/...ength-bias.tpl)

In the program it quotes (referring to a single exercise eg: squats):
'Choose one of the following protocols:
15-12-9 or 12-9-6
12=>15 reps'

What the hell do these numbers mean?
