Yes, massage really does help (WFS)

Scientist was prescribed massage therapy for hamstring rehab. It worked so well, he went in search of the reason why: it suppresses the genetic mechanism for inflammation, while promoting the mechanism for healing.

Cool stuff.

i am glad that i am not wasting my money...
lately i seem to be spending more time and money on massage in an attempt to keep my body working has worked well for me but i find that it needs to be regular ( ie at least 1 per fortnight ) otherwise getting back into balance takes a longer time
