I'm starting to regret paying it. Last year I spent a total of $10 on the entire process. This year, its $20 to sign up, and the local affiliate to Stillwater is charging $30 per drop in (2x every other affiliate in the state). So its turning out to be a $140+ venture this time around. I might be driving to OKC to cut the cost in half.

Just hit a 2:45 Fran so I gotta update my jahunk.

He posted a link to a crossfit.com (safe) page on the crossfit.com (also safe) forum, and he has to say whether it is safe?
