i'm a big fan of rope climbing workouts and the baccar ladder - of all the crossfit workouts these are about the only two i can really do well... i stumbled across this site recently hosted by one of my personal idols - john gill - an amazing climber/boulder from the day. he is in his 70's now -but still doing moves that amaze.
