Tennis Ball Roll Massage
Hi all. Been CrossFitting only a month, been sidelined for the past 7 days.
Could someone explain to me how to use a tennis ball to massage my upper back/neck/traps/shoulders? I've been getting these unbearable pains in the back of my head after doing any type of exercise, and I've been reading that it's common for new CrossFitters to have this because of the tension in the upper back or trigger points in my suboccipital muscles. Please help; these pains are keeping me out of the gym, and the gym is very, VERY important to me. |
