Help compile a list of the hardest bodyweight exercises

Im specifically trying to do this by muscle group, so just throw some bodyweight only movements in here, along with what group of muscles they're working.

Muscle-up --> Shoulders, Triceps, Biceps, Back, Abs (if kipping)
Front Lever --> Abs, Shoulders (?), Back (?)
GHR --> Glutes, Hams
Pistol --> Quads
Planche --> Abs, Triceps, Chest, Shoulders

Please help me continue this list, thanks in advance

After 400m walking lunges yesterday, I would add that to the quads list. Human flag and free standing HSPU can be added as well.

Re: Help compile a list of the hardest bodyweight exercises

Personally, my hamstrings get hit harder on the pistol. Quads hurt during workout, hamstrings the next day

If the GHR is super hard on the hams, is anyone able to think of a movement, thats equally as hard, but on the quads?

king deadlift and grab your back leg with both arms

Honestly, I could just list out all tons of strength moves from gymnastics though... what's the point?

Yes, that.

Finding stuff that is hard to do is simple. Try running a 4.2 40-yard dash or a 3:50 mile. Try dunking a basketball two-handed with no run-up. That's hard bodyweight stuff. If it was easy anyone could do it. Is there a point to this?

I'm guessing the OP wants to have a list of bodyweight only exercises available to him for when he wants to work a specific muscle or set of muscles?
