I found some ideas for training the Planche and Flag through progressions at the site for Dominic Lacasse. The site is Lacasse's personal website that displays his work as an acrobat and has videos of his performances and training (it's family/work safe).

Dominic is amazing, I've been meaning to contact him for a while now since he lives only about 1 1/2 hours from me.

Would be very cool to get some perspective from him, maybe even some training tips. Since I speak bad french the communication shouldn't be a problem.
