Tractor Tire Weight

Does anyone know of a site or know how to figure out the weight of a tractor tire? The size is about 69x18 and will fit a 16in rim. Thanks for any help!

Not enough...

lol

j/k

Honestly, you can call a distributor or manufacturer and they can send you info on the tires...that's if they are new. Worn down...go to your local weigh station and check it out... I've done it before.

Re: Tractor Tire Weight

Can you roll it onto a human scale? Most of those go up to 300lbs, so if it's bigger than that, then get two scales 3ft apart and put a 2x8 on top of them. Roll the tire on top and add up the weights. That would probably be more accurate if it is a heavily worn or dried out tire vs the original manufactured weight. You'll probably need two or three people, but I think the scales should work.
