FitBit: An introduction

FitBit

Just thought I would share this with a fitness-oriented community. I'm pretty sure I'm going to pick one of these up in the next couple of weeks. I plan to use it mostly for logging my runs and workouts, but it will also be cool to see what quality of sleep I'm getting and what some of the fitness effects of everyday tasks (walking the dog, mowing the lawn, etc.) may be.

Just FYI, in case you have an iPhone -- there's an app called SleepCycle that records your movement during sleep. There's probably also pedometer ones, but I'm not sure.
