Morgan - best post so far! That is the insight I needed!

Whoever suggested eating more...I am not sure how eating leads to bigger breasts...?

But since my goals are the best performance possible and the most muscle possible, with low body fat as long as the first two goals are fulfilled, I guess Morgan has the best advice. Just don´t lose them completely... haha

Mark - ROFL but NO THANKS!

And yes, someday, I will try the pregnancy card.

You can eat more or try something like this:

Eating more --> higher % bodyfat --> fat in places other than just your belly

Not having enough bodyfat is going to make it hard to carry any weight "up top" and will be detrimental to your performance, as well as possibly leading to some of the problems pointed out in the links Darryl posted.

Re: Female breasts and shrinkage

They look perfectly appropriate for a slender young woman...but if you are worried and don't want surgery...why not get a padded bra or something?

I guess the pregnancy route is not a permanent solution for breast enlargement.
Still, you look very nice. You remind me of my wife (and that's a serious compliment... size is not all!).

In any case, I dont think breast size is directly related to performance, unless they are too big in which case they could be limiting. I would not worry about it, really.
