What is Cash Out?
Simple question, I have seen this term popping up around the place and a search of the forums returned nothing for me.
So, what is Cash Out? Sam |

Re: What is Cash Out?
Usually some sort of skill work you do after the main workout. You'll see it in combination with "buy-in" sometimes...buy-in goes after the warmup and before the workout, then cash out afterwards.

Re: What is Cash Out?
The way I've seen "Cash outs" are a type of finisher for the work out. More like a "give it your all" last part of the workout. Examples I've seen; double unders, burpees, sprints (50 or 100 yard), 400m runs, farmers walks, KB or DB swings. Its really to get that last little bit of effort from you.
