Kelsu

I tried to search but couldnt find the info i was looking for

I just wanted to make sure i know how kelsu works before i give it a go next week

Do you just do the thrusters as fast as possible but every minute you have to stop to do 5 burpees before carrying on with the thrusters? And then the workout ends when you complete 100 thrusters

Ithink i will struggle with any more than 40 maybe 50kg will this still be a good challenge?

Any idea what time i should be going for?

Thanks

Re: Kelsu

Yes.

By the way its Kalsu not Kelsu.

I think if you complete it, dont worry about your time

Re: Kelsu

Yeah that. It's almost universally regarded as the most horrific WOD in existence. If you finish as RXed you're a rock star.

Rob Orlando did a thread on this a while ago - search under Kalsu - also search under CFFB site, as it was a WOD there at least once.

If you complete this WOD you will never have to prove your courage in any other way.

Re: Kelsu

yeah. in 3 years of crossfit hardest WOD hands down no contest. fran intensity but never ending. and i did it at 105...
i will know im ready to compete in sectionals next year if i can finish it as RXd

i recommend never going over 5 thrusters. if u stick with this you will finish in 20mins or so...
