Starting For newcomers to the CrossFit methodology

Completed: 1 month paleo/crossfit, before and after pictures

I think it's working!

I'm 6'2" and I started at 194lbs. I'm now right at 181lbs. I've only did the true crossfit WOD's for the last couple of days, before I was doing a "bootcamp" to work on my endurance and condition, a lot of "group class" type work, burpee's/crunches/running/double unders, type thing.

What do you guys think?

You did awesome! Im going to look into that.. Do you think itd be really hard to do on your own? I noticed you said it was alot of group stuff... Im stuck on my own.. think its still possible?

That's hard for me to say Desiree. I thought the group stuff was eerily similar to the Insanity program by Beach Body. Same pre/post stretch, same amount of activity, only difference were the running programs and a little weights and stuff here and there. But it was ALWAYS something different.

I have only been on the WOD's three days. I did "Runny Cindy" in 16:15 on my first day.
When I started a month ago I was in the lower tier of the class but by the end I was at the top at finishing and doing extra reps. My performance is DEFINITELY up there and climbing.

Great progress man!

After seeing this results I'm definitly going to start a paleo diet myself

You could always check with the Crossfit guys on Slayer or Liberty; www.crossfitslayer.com or www.crossfitliberty.com they have excercise sessions pretty much everyday.

4-5 times a week working out.

Diet was PERFECT. I didn't block, but I went no cheat for 4 weeks straight. 100% paleo. Even went a step further by going no coffee as well.

I'm constantly reminded of Dave Ramsey's motto, and although he is referring to the financial implication I use it for all walks of life:

"Live like no one else, so later, you can live like no one else"

Truer words never spoken.

Thats awesome! the results are amzing so good job i will try to do the 100% paleo diet with no cheat days and see how that goes

I have to say congrats

The quote is really good maybe i should use that motto to live by
