14 Y/O speed program

Hey , Anybody worked with youth teen level for speed on Lacrosse and Soccer field. I know mainsite / CF movements will be foundamental but wondering how to program sled work,plyo box ,squats and OL 's etc. I coach but this is daughter .

Programming will depend on season, practice time, how many training days/week, etc.

If 4 days per week I'd do something like this each day:

mobility
power (jumps/throws)
strength (squat/dl/bench/press/pullup variations)
short metcon that supports what you worked on that day and doesn't interfere with the next day.
