newfound respect for Pink
Not the colour, the singer.
I've always liked her vocals when she's not doing those super-poppy, frantic-type songs. I didn't watch the Grammys this year, and stumbled on this performance on youtube. I didn't realize how strong she is; not to mention doing this while singing/performing at the Grammys. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3stsDXki__U It's taken straight from the broadcast, so WFS (although think cirque du soleil costumes for the girls--those may not be WFS for everyone). |

Re: newfound respect for Pink
I'm actually a big P!nk fan. But shhh, don't tell anyone.
I have a couple of her concerts on DVD and she does similar things in them. Her young stuff was very pop, but lately she has really broadened her horizons and handles some difficult issues. She has a great voice and a good stage presence and is probably a better role model than most other pop female singers these days. Plus she's spunky and her body is awesome. |

Re: newfound respect for Pink
I've always liked Pink. And, of course, I am a big fan of the outfit. I don't care how strong I get, I am and always will be terrified of heights...so yeah...go Pink.

She used to be hot and a bit athletic, now I'm a bit scared of her.

Re: newfound respect for Pink
weeeeeeeeeeeeell, one on level I respect that she's clearly comitted to training and such, I just liked looking at her better a few years ago. I'm sure she'll be able to dry her tears with a big stack of money though.
