Tractor Tire - Pull - Flip

Another of my near-as-free piece of equipment.

A used 265lb tractor tire, free from a farm equipment store, they have to pay to have them disposed of. Attached a 30 foot rope, and pull away, and then flip. This one will destroy your forearms.

If you are able to track down a tire a little smaller try doing a full Power Clean from ground to press without stepping forward, just all hip pop and press. If you got a partner it works great because you can just flip back and forth to each other. You could all so use your same tire harness for tire pulls almost like pulling a sled. If you want some other good tractor tire torture methods let me know and Ill share.

Good Work Man!
Bert,
Are you refering to Matt McGettigan at USAFA? Sorry to hijack the thread.

You don't have one to sell, Bert?

Just pulling your chain! Happy New Year to you!
